Registration for the CISSP^® Study group is now open

ISSA Baltimore is presenting its Spring 2010 CISSP® Common Body of Knowledge (CBK) Study Group and exam preparation for ISSA Baltimore Chapter members (with an active ‘General’, ‘Organizational’, or ‘Student’ membership, no Trial memberships). Please visit  ISSA for membership information and (ISC)2 to review qualifications, certification requirements and exam fees.

Study Group Fees

$ 225   Attend CISSP study group sessions at Cobham

Your fee covers meeting refreshments and admin costs.

Eligibility

You must be a member of ISSA Baltimore Chapter (with a ‘General’, ‘Organizational’, or ‘Student’ membership) to attend this study group.  Self register for ISSA membership, which is separate to the study group registration.

Exam Fee

ISSA Baltimore Chapter will sponsor an exam at a place and date to be announced.

Note 1: You are not obligated to take the exam with study group

Note 2: The exam fee is separate to the study group registration fee; however, information on how to register and pay for the exam will be discussed and made available to exam candidates.

Books and Materials

We are using the “All In One CISSP Certification Exam Guide” (4th Ed.) by Shon Harris for the CISSP group.

It is highly recommended that Study Group participants not rely upon any one book in preparing for the CISSP or exams.

Presentations will be posted on the Yahoo Group. 

How to Register

1. Go to the online payment form to register and pay via PayPal for your desired study group selection. When submitting payment, please provide your full name, preferred email address, preferred phone number, company, and member status (General, Organizational, or Student) in the preferred phone field on the confirmation page.
    
2. You will receive a confirmation email from PaPal after making payment. This confirmation will also serve as your receipt should you need one for reimbursement purposes.
    
3. Register early, as the class size is limited to 40 participants for each group. Availability is on a first-come-first-served basis.

Cancellation Policy

The Treasurer must receive all refund requests no later than one (1) day prior to the start date of the first session with no exceptions.  Please email the Treasurer to initiate the refund process should it become necessary.

The refund amount will include any fees and/or costs associated with the class that ISSA Baltimore is liable to other parties, including but not limited to, PayPal charges or other electronic processing fees
